Important Information – Please Read Before Making a Payment:

This is a one-time authorization token for Renault SGW (Secure Gateway).

1. No refunds or cancellations once authorization has been processed.

2. Authorization is completed online by Autel, please provide the correct serial number in time – no activation or shipping required.

3. Compatible with Renault vehicles from 2022 onwards.

4. Token validity depends on your tablet's active subscription. Ensure your tablet subscription is current before purchasing.

5. This token provides SGW access only. It does not include tablet software subscription or hardware warranty.

6. Authorization typically takes 1–3 business days. Please purchase only if you are willing to wait.

7. Compatible devices: Most Autel tablets with an active subscription. The token remains valid for the duration of the subscription.

Note:

Due to technical limitations, Autel IM508 and IM608 series no longer support Renault SGW unlock for IMMO functions.
These devices can only use the token for diagnostic functions, not immobilizer-related services.
To access IMMO functions, a gateway connector is required.

About Renault SGW (Secure Gateway)
Renault vehicles equipped with SGW (Secure Gateway) restrict unauthorized access to the vehicle’s electronic systems. Unauthorized diagnostic tools are limited to passive access – such as viewing fault codes and live data – and cannot perform advanced functions like fault code clearing, special functions, or active tests.

The Autel SGW Access Card enables full diagnostic access to supported Renault models from 2022 onward.
