How to Change the Autel Product Language (Important)

Products with Serial Numbers: AL609, AL619, MaxiLink ML619, MD802, MaxiDiag MD808, MaxiCheck Pro, MaxiCOM MK808, MaxiCheck MX808, MaxiDAS DS808, MS906 series, MaxiSYS series, etc.:

• Tablets:

1. Send the serial number to us (email: sales@auteldiag.co.uk) to change the language on the server.
2. After we change the language, we will notify the customer to download the software again on the Update page; if the software upgrade does not appear on the Update page, go to System settings—Reset—Factory reset, and then go to the Update page to download.
3. After the software is downloaded, the customer can set the machine as the target Language.

• Handheld small products such as MD802 AL619, etc.:

1. Send the serial number to us (email: sales@auteldiag.co.uk) to change the language on the server.
2. After we changed it, we will notify the customer to format the SD card and run Maxi PC Suite to download all the software again (the download procedure is the same as the upgrade procedure).

Products without Serial Numbers: AutoLink AL319, AL419, AL439, AL439B, AL539, AL539B, AL519:

1. Download the software package in the corresponding language from the official website or find us for help,
2. And the customer runs MaxilinkII to upgrade the software. If garbled characters such as ff00 appear after the upgrade, please refer to the steps in the AL519 operating picture compression package and just set a language.
